For those of you who don't know, Geoff Thompson is a prolific writer, filmmaker, and a martial arts living legend. What he preaches is a pragmatic form of self-defense, developed over years of working the doors at some of the UK's toughest clubs. Geoff is a man wise beyond his years, who has become a teacher, not just of better ways of fighting, but better ways of living. Here's a guy who got himself out of his crummy life well past the point where more people have given up. He's truly an inspiration (and if you want to know how to throw punches, there are few better people to ask).
